  • Avoid discriminatory, harassing, or offensive language or behavior.
  • Refrain from spamming, soliciting, or promoting unrelated products/services without permission.
  • Not share private or proprietary information from the community without consent.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without a refund.

4. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. However, certain data may be shared in the following cases:

  • Password Reset Requests – Your IP address will be included in the reset email.
  • Service Providers – We may work with trusted partners to process payments, manage memberships, or provide technical support.
  • Legal Requirements – We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our members and community.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Access to certain features, courses, or events may require payment. All fees will be clearly stated prior to purchase.
  • Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in a specific offer or required by applicable law. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to accounts@movified.ca.
