Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without a refund.

• Password Reset Requests – Your IP address will be included in the reset email.

An anonymized string (hash) created from your email address may be provided to the Gravatar service to check if you use it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture will be visible to the public in the context of your comment.

b. Media Uploads

If you upload images to the website, please avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract location data from images on the website.

c. Cookies

• Comment Cookies – If you leave a comment, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies for convenience. These last for one year.

• Login Cookies – Temporary cookies check if your browser accepts cookies when visiting the login page. Login cookies last for two days; screen options cookies last for one year. Selecting “Remember Me” will extend login cookies to two weeks. Logging out removes them.

• Editor Cookies – If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be stored in your browser with the post ID, expiring after one day.
